I’ve put a classic Jewish desserts item on the menu this week: rugelach! My rugelach feature a cream cheese pastry dough (of course it’s non dairy) and filled with either apricot, raspberry, or cinnamon. I also have churro muddy buddies and chocolate chocolate chip cake on the menu. As always I have egg, water and 100% whole wheat challahs in a variety of sizes and flavors available.
